West Regional Conference 2025
The National Association of Engineering Student Councils combined West and Midwest Regional Conference 2024 will be hosted by the Engineers' Council at Oregon State University! This conference will take place on Friday, November 15th through Saturday, November 16th, at the OSU campus in Corvallis, Oregon. Check-in will be on Thursday, November 14th. We cannot wait to see all our West and Midwest Regional Schools join to share experiences and learn together.

Registration will be ran by the Oregon State University ESC with a registration cost of $270.

FAQs
Do we need to book hotel rooms for our council members attending the conference?
Nope! The host council has reserved hotel rooms on your behalf and your registration costs cover these rooms.
I am flying to this conference. Which airport should I fly into and what flights times should I take?
Please fly into Eugene Airport (EUG) or drive to Corvallis. There will be shuttles that will be provided by the host school to bring you from the airport to the university. If you are not able to make the shuttles you are more than welcome to buy yourself an Uber to campus. Shuttle times are TBD
What is the dress code for this conference?
The dress code for this conference is business casual. We strongly encourage you bring some of your university-shirts and gear to rep for your council! We will send out more information about dress code via email.
