FAQs

Do we need to book hotel rooms for our council members attending the conference?

Nope! The host council has reserved hotel rooms on your behalf and your registration costs cover these rooms.

I am flying to this conference. Which airport should I fly into and what flights times should I take?

There are two airports in proximity to Corvallis – Portland International (PDX) or the Eugene Airport (EUG).

For those who fly to PDX:

There is a shuttle that can get you from PDX to Corvallis, but each person will need to book their own shuttle at the company’s website, based on their flight schedules: Groome Transportation Take the shuttle to the Hilton Garden Inn, which is where you will be staying.

For those who fly to EUG:

We are working on a schedule for transportation to and from the airport. Please stay tuned.

What is the dress code for this conference?

The dress code for this conference is business casual. We strongly encourage you bring some of your university-shirts and gear to rep for your council! We will send out more information about dress code via email.
