What to Expect
The National Association of Engineering Student Council West and Central Combined Regional Conference 2023 will be hosted by the Engineers' Council at the University of Arizona! This conference will take place on Friday, October 20, and Saturday, October 21 on the University of Arizona's campus. Check-in will be on Thursday, October 19. We cannot wait to see all our West and Central Regional Schools join to share experiences and learn together. The University of Arizona is planning some great events including an Industry Tour, several fantastic speakers, and even a banquet dinner. Registration
Registration for the West Regional Conference 2023 can be accessed through the link at the top of this page! The registration fees can be paid through the second link at the top of this page. Please complete the registration form individually but the payments can be done on an individual bases or you can pay for all your council's attendees all at once through the link provided. Please be aware that your registration will not be complete until you have paid the registration fees. These fees cover conference costs including facilities, housing, transportation, food and more.

Nope! The host council has reserved hotel rooms on your behalf and your registration costs cover these rooms.

What is the dress code for this conference?
The dress code for this conference is business casual. We strongly encourage you bring some of your university-shirts and gear to rep for your council! We will send out more information about dress code via email.
